Before reserving a rabbit with us, please make sure to read our sales policy.
Visits
To maintain the health and safety of our rabbits, we are a closed rabbitry. In-person visits or selections are not permitted. We are happy to provide pictures and videos of our bunnies to help you make your choice and watch them grow.
Deposits
In order to reserve a rabbit, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be placed. You may also opt to pay in full. If your bunny is hopping on transport, the full balance must be paid at the time of reservation. We will not hold a rabbit for any length of time without a deposit. Deposits can be placed through Venmo (to @ACrowsey). The remaining balance, if you opt for the 50% deposit, is due via Venmo or cash at the time of in-person pickup.
Please do NOT toggle the “turn on for purchases” option. Deposits are non-refundable for our protection. To uphold our sales policies, payments must be final with no buyer protection.
If something happens to your rabbit while in our care, you will receive a full refund or an option to choose an alternative rabbit of equal value if available.
If you choose not to complete the purchase for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
The deposit is not transferable to another rabbit.
Taking Home Your Rabbit
Baby bunnies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks old. If you need us to board your bunny longer than 10 weeks of age before pickup/transport, arrangements must be made in advance, and we charge a $50/week boarding fee, paid in advance and non-refundable. This is due to additional grooming, feeding, having to purchase/maintain additional living spaces to hold them, etc.
Local Pickup: Approximate pickup dates must be arranged at the time of deposit. Pickup is in Perry, Michigan at a public location unless otherwise arranged. Please bring a carrier to take your bunny home in. You will be contacted to schedule a specific date/time within a week of the bunny’s “ready to go” date. If we do not receive a response to messages regarding pickup scheduling within 48 hours, or if you fail to show up at the agreed pickup time, your deposit will be forfeited and the rabbit will be offered to another buyer.
Transport: Approximate transport dates must be arranged and agreed upon at the time of deposit/reservation, and transport services should be booked at this time. Our list of approved transporters includes Wild Hops, Raisin Trails, Hooves to Paws, Dunn’s Critter Transport, and Six Feather Farm. Please note that transport is a separate entity and it is the buyer’s responsibility to secure, pay for and work out details with the transports. We will not cover or re-compensate buyers for transport fees for any reason. Our guarantee is to deliver your rabbit to the transporter on the agreed upon location, date and time.
Pedigrees
If you need a pedigree with your rabbit, please inquire at the time of reservation to make sure that specific rabbit comes with one. All of our herd rabbits are purebred and pedigreed, however not all of our kits will be sold with pedigrees as some are intended for pet homes only and not for breeding. Sometimes we offer "pedigree prices" and "pet prices" so you may choose between purchasing with or without pedigree and breeding rights. All rabbits leave with a bag of transitional food and a care sheet. Pedigrees (if applicable) will be given as a hard copy at pickup and will also be sent digitally within 48 hours after pickup if requested. If you're using transport, a digital copy will be sent to you via email or Facebook messenger.
Wooly Rabbits
Your English Angora or Teddywidder rabbit may arrive to you partially or fully sheared. This is to maintain your bunny’s health and cleanliness. We advise buyers to keep the wool sheared on a monthly basis—in the more mat-prone areas and around the eyes at the very least. (A vacuum trimmer for small dogs is the ideal tool for this). However, if you desire your rabbit to have a full-length coat for appearance or show purposes, please know that their full coat will grow back out within 2-3 months if not sooner.
Genders
While we make every effort to accurately determine the sex of young rabbits, it can be difficult before 12 weeks of age. Please verify the gender at the time of pickup, as we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Refunds will not be given after pickup is complete if a rabbit is not the correct gender.
Rabbit Health
We sell only healthy rabbits. Please check your rabbit over thoroughly at pickup to ensure that you are satisfied with their condition. We are not responsible for health or behavioral issues that occur after the rabbit has left our care.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not take rabbits back or refund after a rabbit has been picked up or has left on transport.

By submitting your deposit or full payment you are agreeing to this sales policy.
